Is that EUR 20,000 - as in twenty thousand??

If so, it sounds as though there is some monkey business going on!

The FAI Associate Member fee for 2005 is CHF 2,600 (= EUR 1,700 - one 
thousand seven hundred).

However, we cannot have more than 2 Associate Members from any one 
country (and we already have 2 from Chinese Taipei).

The Active (Full) Member fee depends on the number of "Air Sport 
Persons" in the country (as defined on the attached sheet).

I'm not sure how many there are over there - maybe three to five 
thousand in total, including aeromodellers, parachutists, power pilots 
etc? If so, the fee for 2005 would be CHF 7,000  = EUR 4,600 (four 
thousand six hundred).

Or perhaps I am totally misjudging the amount of activity in CT?  But 
you would need to have over 15 000 air sport persons to get a fee of EUR 
20,000 as an Active Member.
